Position: Sales Team Lead

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (Weekends Off)

Salary: Php 50,000 – Php 70,000 (Negotiable depending on years of experience)

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree holder
• At least six (6) years of experience in preparing quotations, proposals, monthly customer monitoring, order processing, and related sales operations tasks
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a team lead or supervisory role
• Willing to work onsite in BGC, Taguig City
• Willing to attend face-to-face interviews
• Knowledge of taxation, accounting processes, or financial reconciliation is an advantage

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead follow-ups and collection of receivables, including client visits when necessary, with strong focus on aged accounts
• Coordinate closely with the Finance team on credit management and collection matters
• Review and report monthly accounts receivable status and sales administrative updates to the Head of Finance
• Review customer documents to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance
• Ensure all customer-facing documents (e.g., Official Receipts, Collection Receipts) are accurate and properly coordinated with the Accounting team
• Lead the resolution of invoicing discrepancies, conduct account reviews, and facilitate internal coordination across departments
