Position: Sales Admin Team Leader (Earned Up to Php70,000)

JOB REQUIREMENT:

• Bachelor's degree holder
• At least 6 years of working experience in preparing quotations, proposals, and monthly customer monitoring, as well as processing orders and similar tasks.
• At least 2 years in a team leader or supervisory role
• Willing to work on site
• Willing to attend face to face interview in Taguig.
• Knowledge of taxation, accounting processes, or financial reconciliation is a plus

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead the follow-up and collection of receivables (including client visits when necessary), with a strong focus on aged accounts, and coordinate closely with the Finance team on credit management matters.
• Review and report monthly accounts receivable and sales administrative updates to the Head of Finance.
• Review customer documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Ensure all customer-facing documents (Official Receipts, Collection Receipts, etc.) are accurate and properly coordinated with the Accounting team.
• Lead the resolution of invoicing discrepancies, conduct account reviews, and facilitate internal coordination.
