Responsibilities

• Test the exchange system, including core functionalities such as spot trading, contract trading, order matching, and aggregation.
• Design and execute smoke tests to ensure basic system functions operate correctly.
• Conduct stress tests to evaluate system performance and stability under high concurrency and heavy load scenarios.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts to enhance testing efficiency and coverage.
• Prepare detailed test reports, documenting results, issue analyses, and optimization recommendations.
• Independently create comprehensive exchange test cases covering business workflows, boundary conditions, and exception scenarios.
• Collaborate with the development team to locate and resolve issues, tracking each through to closure.
• Participate in optimizing testing processes, driving continuous improvements in tools and frameworks.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a test engineer or in a related role, with a solid grasp of software testing processes and methodologies.
• In-depth understanding of exchange operations, including spot trading, contract trading, order matching, and aggregation business logic.
• Proven ability to independently design and build full sets of exchange test cases, responding rapidly to business needs.
• Proficient in smoke testing, stress testing, and automation testing techniques; familiar with tools such as JMeter, Selenium, and Postman.
• Skilled at writing clear, standardized test reports with strong problem analysis and summarization abilities.
• Excellent Chinese communication skills, capable of collaborating effectively and articulating testing requirements clearly.
• Familiarity with Linux environments and scripting languages such as Python and Shell.
• Willingness to work remotely or relocate to Dubai.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience testing high-concurrency exchange scenarios, with a track record of optimizing test strategies.
• Experience developing automated testing frameworks, such as Robot Framework or pytest.
• Familiarity with Golang or other backend languages, with the ability to read and debug business code.
• In-depth experience with performance testing tools like LoadRunner or Gatling.
• Understanding of blockchain technology or the testing requirements of cryptocurrency exchanges.
• DevOps experience, with familiarity in CI/CD processes and test integration.
