Compensation and Benefits: Base Salary + Quarterly Bonuses

[Job Responsibilities]

1. Lead Business Testing: Responsible for functional testing of core DEX operations (perpetual contracts, spot trading, staking, or other derivatives such as campaigns and points-based strategies), ensuring business logic aligns with PRD requirements.

2. Financial Logic Validation: Thoroughly verify the accuracy of key financial metrics, including trading boundaries/slippage, fees (Gas/Protocol Fee), liquidation, funding rate calculations, and oracle price feeds.

3. Cross-Environment Interaction: Conduct compatibility testing under various network conditions (poor network/Wi-Fi/4G/5G) and across multiple wallet environments (MetaMask, WalletConnect, hardware wallets).

4. UX Optimization: From the perspective of an experienced DeFi user, provide improvement suggestions for the product’s UI/UX flows and collaborate with the product team to enhance usability.

5. On-Chain Data Verification: Use blockchain explorers (Etherscan, BscScan, etc.) to trace transaction hashes, validate smart contract events and logs for correct state changes, and reconcile user asset movements.

[Qualifications]

1. Minimum 2 years of testing experience in financial products or the DeFi sector with smart contract testing; DEX testing experience preferred. Background in perpetual contract or spot trading system testing, or finance/securities/futures industry testing is a plus.

2. Deep understanding of perpetual contract and spot trading logic.

3. Proficient with API testing tools and blockchain explorers to review transaction details and articulate root causes of issues.

4. Strong numerical sensitivity and logical thinking, capable of manually or via Excel calculating and validating complex DeFi yield models.

5. Highly responsible and meticulous with a zero-error mindset; proactive in mitigating potential business risks; detail-oriented; strong numerical acuity; able to deconstruct complex business processes and outline key testing points independently.

[Preferred Qualifications]

1. Experience testing financial/securities/futures trading systems.

2. Prior DEX experience.

3. Basic coding skills and experience with or understanding of complex microservice architectures.

4. Awareness of private key management security and understanding of multi-signature wallet processes.
