Job Description:

1. Design and develop automated testing frameworks and tool platforms

2. Build end-to-end automated testing solutions

3. Develop performance and stress testing tools

4. Design and implement test data management solutions

5. Optimize testing processes to improve efficiency

6. Guide the team in implementing automated testing

7. Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality

8. Drive the development of testing infrastructure

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science or related field

2. Over 3 years of development or test-development experience with solid programming skills

3. Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript and familiar with Node.js development

4. Skilled in Linux/Unix operating systems and command-line tools

Test Development Skills:

5. Expertise in mainstream test frameworks (Jest, Mocha, Cypress, Playwright)

6. Ability to design and develop testing frameworks and platforms

7. Proficient in API test development (RESTful API, GraphQL)

8. Familiar with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI) and capable of building automated pipelines

9. Skilled in Docker containerization

10. Familiar with database development and performance optimization (MySQL, MongoDB)

Additional Qualifications:

- Experience developing large-scale testing platforms

- Familiarity with cloud-native technologies (Kubernetes, Service Mesh)

- Experience maintaining open-source projects

- Familiarity with AI/ML applications in testing

- Experience in performance tuning and troubleshooting

- Full-stack development capabilities
