We are looking for a full-time, dedicated, and passionate Software Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will support our Payroll product, assist US customers, troubleshoot and fix bugs, and contribute to developing new software features. A strong background in application development is essential for success in this position.

Day in the Life

• Investigate, identify, and fix software bugs reported by clients
• Provide timely L3 technical support to clients within the US time zone
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client issues and improve software performance
• Document bug fixes and troubleshooting methods for future reference
• Help in developing new software features

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related major
• With 5+ years of working experience in application development
• Proficiency in at least one of the following NodeJS development frameworks: ExpressJS or NestJS
• Proficiency in ReactJS
• Experience building scalable systems and test-driven CI/CD commitment to quality software development
• Experience with SQL databases.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS.
• With a strong foundation in programming principles and design patterns
• Keep up with the latest technological trends and continuously improve productivity
• Must have excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Must be willing to work following the US time zone
• Must have a high-speed and stable primary and backup internet connection (at least 50 Mbps). Please note that we will require you to submit a document showing a screenshot of your speed test results and computer specs.
• Must be willing to attend occasional in-person meetings in Metro Manila
