Social Media Operations:

- Responsible for overall planning and execution across major channels such as X (Twitter), Telegram, and Discord.

- Familiar with platform algorithms and policies, leveraging trending topics, engagement mechanisms, and visual content to enhance organic traffic.

- Produce a variety of content (short posts, memes, videos, AMA topics) and establish user-generated content (UGC) incentive mechanisms.

Content Planning & Creativity:

- Build an “Idea Library” to store executable creative topics and campaign plans, ensuring content continuity and differentiation.

- Package product selling points (VIP promotion, three-tier referral commission, rapid options, agent system, etc.) into user-friendly, shareable content.

Community Management:

- Manage and maintain community atmosphere, design activities and topics to encourage user participation and sharing.

- Skilled at identifying and nurturing potential community leaders, converting regular users into core members.

- Cultivate a healthy community culture that encourages users to stay, invite friends, and even promote voluntarily.

Data & Feedback:

- Track social media and community metrics (impressions, engagement rate, retention rate, UGC volume).

- Analyze user feedback to optimize content and activity mechanisms, establishing replicable growth models.

 

Position Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above, with 3+ years of social media/community management experience; Web3 or international market experience preferred.

2. In-depth knowledge of major social media platform algorithms and rules (X, Telegram, Discord), able to leverage mechanisms for efficient dissemination.

3. Strong content creativity and planning skills, capable of independently designing memes, campaign topics, AMAs, and UGC initiatives.

4. Experience in community atmosphere management, understanding how to empower members to become leaders and drive engagement.

5. Data-driven, able to analyze metrics and optimize content and operations accordingly.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Proven success with social media accounts or community cases (follower count, engagement, viral growth).

2. Familiarity with cross-language/cross-market social media strategies (SEA, Middle East, India, or Western markets).

3. Experience collaborating with KOLs or agencies on co-managed operations.

4. Deep engagement as a crypto community user, capable of resonating quickly with target audiences.
