We are recruiting for a night shift risk control operations personnel to join our rapidly growing cryptocurrency trading platform. This position focuses on **night hours (Beijing time 00:00–08:00)** for risk control monitoring and operational execution, involving tasks such as fund withdrawal approvals, risk control alert responses, and cross-departmental alarm coordination.

This role is suitable for detail-oriented candidates who are highly responsible, flexible, proactive, proficient in Excel, and willing to work night shifts long-term. You will serve as a member of the night duty team in the risk control department, responsible for executing risk control directives and being the first response to emergencies, ensuring the stability and safety of the platform during off-peak hours.
