Description

  • Assist in the recruitment process by posting job advertisements and sourcing candidates.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates' qualifications.
  • Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system with candidate information.
  • Support various recruitment initiatives and employer branding efforts.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience in recruitment or HR.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented and organized with a proactive approach.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
  • Working Conditions: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
