Job Description

We are looking for a hybrid talent who not only understands market trends but can also operationalize product requirements. You will be responsible for the daily operations of our prediction market’s core business and act as a bridge between users and the development team, driving product iterations by writing high-quality PRDs. You must have acute awareness of global politics, sports, crypto markets, or pop culture, and respond swiftly in a fast-evolving industry.

Key Responsibilities

1. Market Curation & Ops

Hotspot Capture: Keenly identify global breaking news, crypto industry trends, sports events, or political elections, and swiftly launch relevant prediction markets (Market Creation).

Liquidity & Settlement Management: Monitor market liquidity to ensure smooth operation of the orderbook or AMM; oversee final market resolutions to guarantee fairness and timeliness.

Data-Driven Operations: Track core metrics such as trading volume (Volume) and user activity (DAU/MAU), and adjust operational strategies based on data analysis.

2. Product Definition & PRD

Requirement Discovery: Extract product improvement needs from community feedback, operational pain points, and competitor analysis (e.g., optimizing order flows, introducing new market types, improving UI/UX).

Documentation: Independently author product requirement documents (PRDs), create wireframes and flowcharts, and clearly define functional logic.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, and smart contract development teams; participate in sprint planning to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of requirements.

3. Growth & Community

Coordinate with the marketing team to plan growth campaigns (e.g., trading competitions, airdrop incentives), and own the logic design of campaign landing pages.

Maintain relationships with core users/whales and gather frontline feedback.

Requirements

1. Experience

Minimum of 2 years in internet product or operations roles, with at least 1 year in Web3/DeFi/prediction market-related positions. Proven track record of end-to-end project experience from requirement discovery to product launch.

2. Hard Skills

Documentation: Proficient with Notion, Figma, Visio/ProcessOn, etc., capable of producing logically sound, developer-friendly PRD documents.

English Proficiency: Excellent English reading and writing skills, able to fluently consume English-language Twitter feeds, news sources, and whitepapers (the primary information sources for Web3 prediction markets are in English).

3. Soft Skills (Core)

Agility: Able to adapt to the 24/7 pace of the Web3 industry and react swiftly to emerging events (e.g., sudden wars, regulatory changes, market crashes).

Degen Mentality: Active user of Polymarket, Gnosis, or similar trading products, with an understanding of gambler/trader psychology.

Logical Thinking: Capable of maintaining clarity in complex probability and game-theoretic scenarios.

Bonus Points

Familiarity with oracle mechanisms (e.g., Chainlink, UMA).

Experience with financial derivatives trading.

Basic coding skills (SQL/Python) or the ability to read smart contracts.
