Cross-Functional Collaboration and Project Execution - Work closely with R&D, design, and project management teams to ensure efficient project delivery. - Establish clear communication and execution mechanisms to guarantee timely, high-quality feature launches. - Provide tools and backend support for the operations team to improve campaign and growth execution. 3. Market and Compliance Research - Deeply understand regional compliance policies and develop localized product strategies. - Select appropriate delivery channels for different markets (App, mini-programs, H5, wallet installers, etc.). - Collaborate with compliance and legal teams to ensure lawful, stable product operation in all target markets. 4. User Growth and Operational Support - Design and implement a user growth framework (acquisition, retention, activation, conversion) and roll out growth features such as referrals, rebates, airdrops, and task centers. - Establish feedback and research mechanisms to create a closed loop for product optimization. - Tailor experiences and differentiated features for various user segments (newcomers, experienced users, institutions) across regions. 5. Data and Risk Control System - Drive the establishment of a data-tracking framework, capturing core metrics (DAU, conversion rate, retention rate, trade depth). - Implement A/B testing and phased rollouts to make data-driven product decisions. - Strengthen risk control and security measures at the app level, enhancing the safety of login, trading, and funds management. 6. Foresight and Ecosystem Exploration - Track emerging technologies in blockchain and mobile (e.g., Web3 wallets, AI, zero-knowledge proofs). - Explore integration possibilities for on-chain features, NFTs, GameFi, copy trading, and other cutting-edge services within the app. - Drive partnerships with wallets, payment providers, market data services, and social platforms to position the app as a super-entry for digital assets. 7. Team Management and Strategic Involvement - Manage and develop the product team, fostering a data-driven, user-centric culture. - Participate in company strategy discussions, balancing growth, compliance, and long-term development goals. - Act as the App Owner, leading cross-departmental collaboration and accountability. App Lead Qualifications - Over 5 years of product experience in Internet, finance, or blockchain, including at least 2 years as an APP product lead or core PM. - Familiarity with exchange business models and core modules such as spot trading, derivatives, and wallets. - Exceptional logical thinking and documentation skills, capable of clearly articulating complex product solutions. - International perspective with knowledge of compliance requirements and store listing rules across different countries. - Strong cross-team communication and management skills to drive collaboration among R&D, design, operations, and compliance teams. - Data-driven mindset with experience in event tracking, funnel analysis, and A/B testing. - Keen interest in new technologies and financial innovation. Preferred Qualifications - Product experience at a leading exchange or major fintech company. - Multi-region launch experience, familiar with Google Play, App Store, and local Chinese app stores. - Fluency in English or other languages, with the ability to communicate in international teams. - Experience in payments, risk control, or on-chain ecosystem products.
