Responsibilities:

Responsible for the overall strategy and daily operations of Web3 user communities across multiple Southeast Asian countries (focused on 2–3 countries), including Telegram, Discord, WhatsApp, and local social platforms;

Develop tiered community management strategies based on local culture, language, and user habits (new user onboarding, KOC cultivation, AMA organization, event incentives, public sentiment management);

Plan and execute localized growth initiatives (e.g., airdrops, trading competitions, educational live streams) to drive user activation, retention, and transaction conversion;

Monitor community sentiment and feedback, respond promptly to user inquiries, build positive word-of-mouth, and prevent the spread of negative public opinion;

Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and customer support teams to ensure local user insights inform product optimization and marketing strategies;

Establish core community metrics (DAU, interaction rate, event participation rate, conversion funnel, etc.) and continuously iterate on the operational model.

Requirements:

Over 3 years of community or user operations experience in the Web3/cryptocurrency industry, with proven success in managing Southeast Asian Web3 user communities;

Familiarity with crypto regulatory environments, user behavior preferences, and mainstream community platforms in major Southeast Asian markets;

Proficient in English; fluency in at least one Southeast Asian language (e.g., Indonesian, Vietnamese, Thai) is a plus;

Deep practical experience and understanding of Web3 products such as DeFi, CEX, wallets, and NFTs;

Strong execution capabilities, cross-cultural communication skills, and the ability to drive projects independently in resource-constrained environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

Access to KOL/KOC resources or a network of local community organizers;

Experience in cold-starting Web3 projects or scaling regional markets from 0 to 1;

Familiarity with basic data analysis tools and the ability to make data-driven operational decisions.
