Responsibilities

1. Asset Selection and Onboarding

The asset side includes lending, staking, quantitative asset management, structured products, etc.

2. Asset Operation and Management

Monitor and manage the capital utilization, risk exposure, and returns of various assets; optimize capital allocation to increase yields and reduce risk.

3. Data Analysis and Risk Monitoring

Analyze performance metrics of various assets (e.g., lending APR, staking annualized yield, Sharpe ratio of quantitative strategies, options win rate) to provide data support for product optimization;

Dynamically monitor risk changes, promptly address risks, and adjust asset allocations.

4. Cross-Department Collaboration and External Liaison

Establish partnerships with blockchain project teams, node service providers, or quantitative teams to expand asset sources and operational capabilities.

Requirements

1. Prior experience in the blockchain industry or financial sector is preferred, especially in digital asset management, DeFi operations, or cryptocurrency investment.

2. Experience with top-5 institutions is a plus, including lending, staking, quantitative asset management, structured product operations, etc.

3. Familiarity with the principles of financial wealth management products and demonstrable experience in investment analysis or asset management.
