Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for formulating and executing the company's business development strategy, including but not limited to the identification, assessment, and negotiation of partners.

2. Manage and lead the BD and KA teams, ensuring that team members achieve established business objectives.

3. Establish and maintain good relationships with potential partners, including exchanges, blockchain projects, marketing agencies, etc.

4. Analyze market trends and competitor dynamics, and adjust business development strategies in a timely manner.

5. Work closely with internal teams (such as marketing, product, and technical teams) to ensure the smooth implementation of cooperative projects.

6. Prepare and submit detailed business development reports and market analysis reports.
