Establish and improve the company's recruitment manual (including but not limited to recruitment process, standards, systems, interview authority) to improve recruitment efficiency and effectiveness.
Establish recruitment and employment principles according to the company's core values.
Reviewed the rationality of recruitment needs of various departments according to strategic needs, formulated annual, quarterly and monthly recruitment plans and recruitment indicators, and submitted for approval.
Led the subordinate team to complete the group and store recruitment work plan, supervised the subordinate staff work, organized professional training and practical exercises.
According to different positions to design the interview process, select the interviewer to improve the interview pass rate.
Entry management, follow up the deputy manager level or above to supervise the supervisor level (including) below the offer approval, entry and return visit plan implementation.
Establish and improve the job resume talent pool, reserve talent selection program and talent reserve mechanism.
Establish and improve the qualification management system, and continuously improve the interview question bank of various positions.
Talent mapping for key positions, including talent demand analysis and external talent market research.
Interviewer training, including but not limited to interviewer selection, interview skills training, application of assessment tools.
Continue to optimize the communication skills of all aspects of recruitment, and establish a good image of our company in job seekers and cooperation units.
Assisted in salary and welfare research, collected salary and welfare data displayed in the recruitment process of the same industry.
Maintenance of recruitment data, analysis of recruitment data and improvement plan.
Recruitment data reporting and sharing: monthly recruitment meetings, recruitment reports.
Complete the work tasks assigned by superiors on time and according to quality and quantity.
Familiar with the local labor laws and regulations of the Philippines, develop legal recruitment procedures.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or a related management field (college degree acceptable with excellent experience)
Over 5 years of experience in HR recruitment, including at least 2 years in team building, training, and management
Extensive recruitment resources with the ability to respond quickly and conduct effective hiring based on strategic needs
Highly proactive, driven, and maintains a positive and optimistic attitude
Proficient in various office software and HR systems
