Position: Regional Growth Marketing Manager (Social, KOL, Events)

Location: Remote / Local Office

Reports to: Regional Lead / Global Growth Team

Language: Fluent in English + Local Language

We're hiring a Regional Growth Marketing Manager to drive user growth, community expansion, and grassroots brand engagement.

The ideal candidate is both a digital native and offline operator, with hands-on experience in managing social media, working with KOLs, and running impactful regional events.

• Build and execute localized social media strategies across platforms (X, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
• Manage and grow regional KOL/influencer network; negotiate and track collaborations.
• Plan and run offline events, community meetups, hackathons, or co-branded activations.
• Localize HQ campaigns and support BD/product launches with regional engagement strategies.
• Work closely with local community managers and ops to ensure brand consistency.
• Set and report on regional growth KPIs (sign-ups, referrals, engagement, etc.).

Requirements:

• 2–4 years in digital or field marketing, growth marketing, or KOL/social media roles.
• Experience managing influencers and creators; familiar with campaign tracking tools.
• Hands-on experience organizing offline events and community campaigns.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills; able to execute quickly.
• Web3, crypto, or startup experience is a major plus.
