As a management personnel team at MANY Q , you are responsible for fully coordinating and managing the company’s operational affairs to ensure the efficient functioning of all departments. The main responsibilities include:


Human Resources Management

  • Responsible for recruiting, training, and evaluating employees to optimize human resource allocation.
  • Organize employee relationship management, coordinate teamwork, and improve employee satisfaction.
  • Develop HR policies to align with the company’s strategic goals.


Financial Management

  • Oversee the company’s financial operations, control costs effectively, and improve capital utilization efficiency.
  • Responsible for reviewing financial statements, budgeting, and financial risk management.
  • Ensure financial operations comply with national laws, regulations, and company policies.


Food Delivery Management

  • Manage and optimize food delivery platform operations to increase order volume and customer satisfaction.
  • Supervise store-level food delivery execution, optimize delivery processes, and reduce operational costs.
  • Handle customer complaints to ensure high-quality delivery service.


Training Management

  • Develop and implement employee training programs to enhance overall team performance.
  • Responsible for training in store management, service, and food safety.
  • Establish training assessment mechanisms to ensure effective implementation.


Delivery Management

  • Supervise the delivery team, optimize delivery routes, and improve delivery efficiency.
  • Manage and evaluate delivery riders and develop incentive policies.
  • Handle unexpected issues in the delivery process to ensure customer satisfaction.
