o1 exchange is hiring a Senior Web3 Full-Stack Engineer responsible for full-stack development and architecture design of Web3 products, including DApps, smart contracts, and blockchain interaction layers. You will be deeply involved in the entire product lifecycle—from underlying architecture and smart contracts to front-end interactions—and work closely with product, design, and AI engineering teams to build the next generation of Web3 infrastructure and applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-stack development and system architecture design for Web3 products (DApps, smart contracts, interaction layers, etc.).
• Design and implement underlying architecture, protocol layers, and APIs, establishing the overall framework for front-end, back-end, and contracts.
• Develop core logic including wallet integration, on-chain interactions, signing, gas optimization, data retrieval, and visualization.
• Continuously optimize system performance and security to enhance user experience and on-chain interaction efficiency.
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and AI engineering teams to drive end-to-end product iterations from concept to launch.
• Stay current with frontier technologies such as ZK, Account Abstraction, Intent, Layer2, and DeFi, and drive their practical implementation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field.
• At least 5 years of full-stack development experience in internet or blockchain domains, with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on Web3 experience; DEX trading experience is a plus.
• Proficient in the following tech stacks:
  • Back-end: Node.js, TypeScript, Nest.js, Go
  • Smart Contracts: Solidity, Hardhat, Foundry, Ethers.js, Web3.js
  • Front-end: React, Next.js, Vue, Tailwind, Web3Modal, wagmi
• Familiar with major public chains (Ethereum, BSC, Polygon, Arbitrum, Base, Solana, etc.) and core mechanisms such as Layer2, DeFi, NFT, and DAO.
• Strong computer science fundamentals with excellent architectural design and abstraction skills.
• Knowledgeable in smart contract security standards and common vulnerabilities.
• Strong ability to read English documentation and quickly master overseas technologies and open-source frameworks.
• Open-source contributions, notable GitHub projects, or experience in prominent Web3 projects are a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with ZK (zero-knowledge proofs), Account Abstraction, Intent, and Layer2 Rollup architectures.
• Experience in Trading, LaunchPad, DEX, NFT Marketplace, or AI+Web3 projects.
• DevOps skills (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD).
• Deep understanding and passion for the Web3 ecosystem, with an entrepreneurial mindset and ownership mentality.
• For top-tier engineers, compensation is open to negotiation with no upper limit.
