Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related field
• Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in full stack or web application development
• Front-End: Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and frameworks such as React.js, Vue.js, or Angular
• Back-End: Skilled in Node.js, .NET Core, Java (Spring Boot), or Python (Django/Flask)
• Database: Experience with SQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL); familiarity with NoSQL (MongoDB) is a plus
• Strong knowledge of API development and integration
• Familiar with Git version control and CI/CD workflows
• Understanding of web security best practices (authentication, authorization, encryption, input validation)
• Experience deploying applications on IIS, Nginx, or Apache

Preferred (Nice-to-Have) Qualifications:

• Experience with Docker or Kubernetes
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Huawei)
• Familiarity with Agile or Scrum development methodologies
• Basic understanding of UI/UX principles
• Experience integrating payment gateways, SMS, or other third-party APIs

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Application / Web Developer to design, develop, and maintain web-based applications and internal and client systems that support the company’s operations and business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of both front-end and back-end development, database management, and system integration. You will work closely with the IT and project teams to deliver reliable, secure, and scalable applications that enhance efficiency and user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy responsive web applications and system modules
• Develop and maintain both front-end and back-end components of web-based systems
• Create, integrate, and manage RESTful APIs or GraphQL APIs for internal and external applications
• Maintain and optimize databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.) for performance and reliability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Operations, and Management) to define requirements and technical specifications
• Implement best practices in application security, performance optimization, and coding standards
• Perform system troubleshooting, debugging, and issue resolution
• Manage version control using Git and ensure proper documentation of code and system changes
• Assist in the deployment and maintenance of applications in on-premise or cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, Huawei)
• Stay updated with new technologies and recommend improvements for existing systems and processes
