4. Familiar with online teaching tools (ClassIn) and capable of designing interactive teaching activities.
5. Patient, responsible, passionate about education, and with strong cross-cultural communication awareness.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Design and deliver English listening, speaking, reading, and writing courses in line with international English teaching standards, catering to students of different age groups.
2. Assess students' English proficiency, develop personalized learning plans, and target weaknesses in vocabulary, grammar, and communication skills.
3. Utilize multimedia resources to create an interactive and engaging online teaching environment, stimulating students' interest in English learning.
4. Regularly evaluate learning outcomes, provide detailed feedback to students and parents, and adjust teaching strategies in a timely manner.
