Lead the design and delivery of HV and MV electrical systems for industrial and infrastructure projects.
Conduct system studies and modelling using ETAP (e.g., load flow, short circuit, protection coordination, arc flash).
Oversee and review HV network designs tailored for Australian standards.
Collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to deliver technically sound and compliant solutions.
Provide technical guidance on vendor HV equipment specifications and selection.
Ensure all designs align with relevant standards (e.g., AS/NZS, IEC, IEEE).
Mentor junior engineers and support certification or professional development processes.

Minimum of 5 years, ideally 10+ years, in engineering consultancy.
Electrical Engineering degree with Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng) or Registered Professional Engineer of Queensland (RPEQ), or currently working towards it.
Solid hands-on ETAP modelling experience across HV and MV networks.
Demonstrated project experience in renewables (wind, solar, BESS), Oil & Gas, and ideally Coal Seam Gas (CSG).
Experience in designing to Australian codes and standards.
Familiarity with HV equipment from key vendors (e.g., ABB, Siemens, Schneider).
Proven ability to work independently or remotely and collaborate with geographically dispersed teams.
