Job Responsibilities • Build and optimize user path analysis models and behavioral data frameworks in Sensors Analytics. • Conduct in-depth research on user journeys within the platform to identify key conversion points and drop-off stages. • Collaborate with product, marketing, and operations teams to deliver actionable user behavior insights and recommendations. • Participate in the design of the user tagging system to support user segmentation and targeted operations. • Continuously enhance data dashboard efficiency and drive data-driven, refined operational decision-making. Requirements • Proficient in using Sensors Analytics to build funnel, path, and retention models. • Expert in SQL, capable of independently creating multidimensional analytical reports (Metabase preferred). • Strong logical thinking skills and the ability to communicate effectively across departments. • Prior experience in user behavior analysis for exchanges or Web3 products is a plus.
