We are seeking a Head of Business Development and Strategic Partnerships to comprehensively lead and expand Klein Labs’ global BD framework across core business segments—including market making services, OTC, Treasury, and Ventures. This is a high-impact role. You will design and execute BD strategies, drive the realization of global strategic partnerships, and directly contribute to revenue growth. You will work closely with the founding team to build systems from the ground up and lead the BD team to perform effectively in a fast-paced, highly autonomous environment.
• Develop and execute BD and partnership strategies across all business lines at Klein Labs
• Expand relationships with exchanges, projects, DAOs, market makers, and funds
• Build a scalable BD process framework, including CRM, client funnel, and automation workflows
• Manage and scale the global BD team, set clear KPIs, and foster a high-performance culture
• Create a tiered collaboration model for project partners and design partnership structures that deliver long-term value
• Represent Klein at key business negotiations and industry events
Requirements
• Proven track record of verifiable revenue growth or successful BD framework implementation
• In-depth understanding of the Web3 industry, token economics, and strategic partnership structures
• Familiarity with the crypto trading ecosystem and the ability to establish trust with project teams, exchanges, and funds
• Highly proactive with strong execution skills and system-building capabilities
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in business development, partnerships, or sales; at least 1 year in the crypto industry preferred
• Bonus: experience in market making, OTC, or liquidity management
