- 领导并指导软件工程师团队，开发创新的区块链解决方案。
- 使用以太坊和 Web3.js 设计并实现可扩展且稳健的应用程序。
- 监督系统集成，确保 IT 基础设施针对加密货币应用得到优化。
- 与跨职能团队协作，交付基于云的解决方案并提升整体产品性能。
- 及时了解区块链技术最新动态，并提出改进建议。
要求：
- 学历要求：计算机科学或相关领域学士学位
- 工作经验：5–8年相关经验
- 技能与能力：
- 精通支付、场外交易（OTC）、钱包、区块链、以太坊和加密货币技术
- 具备支付结算系统或 OTC 台的 IT 基础设施和系统集成搭建经验
- 熟悉云计算和 Web 开发技术，如 React、Java/Springboot 及 Go 语言
- 素质与特质：具备强大的问题解决能力，并能在快节奏环境中工作
- 语言——中文和英语
