  • Oversees planning, organizing and directing of the HR Department.
  • Handles recruitment and selection, human resource information system (HRIS), benefits administration, performance management system and policy writing and analysis, salary administration, attendance timekeeping and employee relation.
  • Graduates of Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or other related course.
  • Preferably with 20-year work experience in human resource management, training or organizational development.
