Description

The General Manager (GM) is responsible for the overall execution, performance, and standards of Prime Athletic Club. This role requires strong leadership, operational discipline, hospitality mindset, and experience in premium gyms, clubs, or high-end hospitality environments.

• Oversee daily operations of the entire 700 sqm facility
• Implement systems for scheduling, bookings, staffing, and reporting
• Lead hiring, onboarding, and training of all staff
• Ensure premium member experience at all touchpoints
• Manage front desk, sales, trainers, coaches, and maintenance teams
• Enforce policies, rules, and service standards consistently
• Coordinate with gym and yoga partners on program execution
• Monitor KPIs: membership growth, retention, utilization, revenue
• Oversee payroll, incentives, and staff performance evaluations
• Handle member feedback, complaints, and escalation professionally
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and operational readiness at all times
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports for partners

Requirements

• Minimum 5–8 years experience managing a premium gym, fitness club, hotel, or lifestyle brand
• Strong background in hospitality or high-end customer experience
• Proven ability to build and implement systems and SOPs
• Experience leading teams of 20+ staff
• Strong people management and communication skills
• Comfortable with data, reports, and performance tracking
• Hands-on, proactive, and solutions-oriented
• Experience with membership-based business models preferred
