WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

In this role, you’ll:

● Help John get booked for 3–4 paid speaking engagements per week by researching, pitching, and following up like a pro

● Launch and run virtual events that feel smooth, high-converting, and aligned with John’s brand (starting with Happiness and Empowerment Reset)

● Support the back-end systems—Trello, CRMs, automation, email tools—so nothing falls through the cracks

● Be John’s right hand during business hours, removing blockers and giving him space to focus on impact, not admin

This is a roll-up-your-sleeves kind of role. You’re not just ticking tasks—you’re making magic happen behind the scenes.

YOUR CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

Phase 1 – Priority Focus

1. Speaking Engagement Outreach

● Research relevant events, summits, and stages for John to pitch

● Draft, send, and follow up on speaking proposals via email

● Create and maintain a speaker pipeline (Trello or CRM)

● Assist with writing bios, one-sheets, and event-specific collateral

● Send check-ins and thank-yous post-pitch

2. Virtual Event Execution

● Launch and manage events via Expertise.tv (or similar)

● Set up the event landing page and registration flows

 ● Write marketing copy, CTAs, email reminders, and replay emails

● Design branded slides (Gamma.app)

● Use polls/surveys to track engagement

● Monitor RSVPs, attendance, and audience interactions

Phase 2 – Supporting Areas (Secondary Tasks)

● Make updates to the website, bio, and lead magnets

● Support meditation app content updates and campaigns

● Help shift content strategy toward personal development & mindset

● Schedule and post content using a co-created plan (via Canva, etc.)

● Repurpose content into quote cards, reels, and carousels

● Track and follow up with event attendees to grow the community

● Light podcast support (uploading, notes, clips – optional)

● Suggest and implement automations via Make.com, ChatGPT, etc.

● Recommend CRM tools and system improvements for smoother ops

The right person might have:

● Experience with outreach, lead follow-up, or speaker support

● Confidence in using Canva, Trello, Mailchimp, and scheduling tools

● Familiarity with landing pages, CRM platforms, and email workflows

● Strong written English and a feel for marketing and conversion copy

● A proactive, figure-it-out attitude—you don’t wait for permission

● Experience with automation tools (Make.com, Zapier) is a plus
