我们正在寻找一位注重细节的会计和记账虚拟助理（记账VA），以支持我们的客户管理财务记录、处理交易，并确保遵守会计标准。理想的候选人应具备扎实的记账原则理解，出色的组织能力，以及独立工作的能力。
主要职责
- 维护准确的财务记录，包括应付账款和应收账款。
- 及时处理发票、付款和费用报告。
- 对账银行对账单并管理现金流。
- 协助进行月度、季度和年度财务报告。
- 准备和维护财务报表和报告。
- 支持税务准备和合规任务。
- 协助预算和预测流程。
- 帮助实施和改进记账系统和流程。
- 回应客户和团队成员关于财务事务的查询。
