岗位职责：
1. 风险运营：熟悉支付业务及监管要求，合理把控商户风险。负责商户入网尽职调查、商户日常交易风险监控，及时发现异常交易，进行调查分析并作出正确处理；
2. 风险管理：根据监管政策，行业规范指定合理业务风险管理策略及流程，并不断优化；
3. 合作沟通：与监管部门及合作伙伴保持良好风控沟通合作；
4. 团队管理：团队日常工作安排，人员培训及管理。
任职要求：
1. 本科及以上学历，具有支付行业从业背景；
2. 英语六级及以上，英语听说读写熟练；
3. 较强的沟通协调能力和问题解决、项目推动能力；
4. 具备良好的理解能力，能够挖掘业务需求及痛点；
5. 具备良好的总结及梳理能力，且能独立完成工作任务；
6. 责任心和自我驱动力强。
