WHR Global Consulting, a global talent solution provider is looking for a stellar candidate to fill the role of Retail Sales Executive.

Work Deployment Areas: South Paranaque, Alabang, Pasay, Bicutan,Las pinas, Central Pasig, Makati, Taguig and Mandaluyong (major malls, secondary malls, supermarket, bars)

Salary range: 23,000 - 28,000

Duties:

• Welcome consumers in-store, understand their needs, and offer professional guidance.
• Educate adult smokers about the product and conduct guided trials to help them make informed decisions.
• Assist customers in completing seamless purchase transactions, customization, database registration, and after-sales services.
• Provide an excellent customer experience by handling product inquiries, diagnostics, returns, and replacements in line with company standards.
• Uphold brand integrity and deliver service aligned with the company’s consumer-centric values.

Job Requirements:

• At least college level (undergraduate or graduate).
• Confident and charismatic personality with strong customer engagement skills.
• Good communication skills in English or Taglish; natural conversational ability.
• With experience in customer service, preferably in sales or retail.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules and be assigned to any of the listed deployment areas.
