About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Recruitment Specialist to join our team. You will be responsible for screening, filtering, and onboarding qualified professionals, ensuring that all recruitment processes are efficient, accurate, and aligned with client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct applicant screening and interviews, ensuring candidates meet client and role requirements
• Filter and endorse only qualified professionals for client consideration
• Prepare and maintain candidate status reports for management and clients
• Draft and send professional communications to candidates regarding their application status
• Conduct background checks or reference verifications, when required
• Identify process improvements to streamline recruitment, tracking, and documentation
• Provide recommendations to improve candidate quality, client satisfaction, and recruitment efficiency
• Ensure all recruitment data in Excel, ClickUp, and other tracking tools is accurate, up-to-date, and well-organized
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and client-specific requirements
• Coordinate closely with Account Managers and Onboarding Specialists to ensure candidate screening, onboarding, and placement align with client specifications
• Act as the primary point of contact for candidate inquiries regarding roles, schedules, and processes

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist or similar role
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficient in Excel, ClickUp, or other recruitment/tracking tools
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple candidates and tasks simultaneously
• Ability to screen, filter, and recommend candidates based on client requirements
• Professional, ethical, and able to maintain candidate and client confidentiality
