Job Description

1. Product Planning and Design

• Responsible for the planning and continuous iteration of Web/App/backend products for the proprietary trading (Prop Trading) business in the cryptocurrency industry, based on market demand, user feedback, and business objectives.

• Independently manage the entire product design process, including business process mapping, drafting functional requirements, interaction design, and interface optimization, ensuring a balance between user experience and business goals.

2. Industry Insight and Strategy Development

• Conduct in-depth research on Prop Trading, derivatives trading, and mainstream industry practices to produce competitive analyses and differentiated strategies.

• Identify industry trends and successful growth cases, extract reusable insights, and propose innovative product directions and growth plans.

3. Cross-Functional Collaboration and Execution

• Collaborate closely with trading, risk management, development, operations, and marketing teams to drive product development and iteration from 0 to 1 and 1 to 10.

• Continuously track and analyze product data and user feedback to drive optimization and iterative upgrades.

4. Business Outcome Focus

• Define and drive product goals based on key metrics such as trading volume, profitability, and user retention.

Job Requirements

1. Educational Background

• Bachelor’s degree or above in finance, computer science, economics, mathematics, or related fields is preferred.

2. Professional Experience

• Over 3 years of product management experience in Web2/Web3, with familiarity of mainstream exchanges and Prop Firms’ product logic.

• Experience designing products for Prop Trading platforms is preferred; experience in derivatives (futures, options) trading is highly desirable.

• Deep understanding of financial markets, quantitative strategies, and trends in the Prop Trading industry.

• Strong logical thinking and systematic problem-solving abilities, with the capacity for independent thought and rapid execution.

• Outstanding cross-team collaboration and communication skills, able to coordinate multiple resources to drive project delivery.

4. Other Requirements and Preferences

• Experience with proprietary trading platforms (e.g., eToro, FTMO, E8 Markets, FXIFY) is a plus.

• Proficiency in reading English documentation and working in English is preferred.
