负责现货资产上线前中后的各项运营工作，能独立把控资产上线节奏
熟悉现货相关活动，有较强的增长运营能力，包括拉新、交易、资沉等
能根据行情、竞品动作灵活迭代产品策略，提升产品增长能力
任职要求：
3年以上头部或二线交易所运营经验
有较强的逻辑能力、数据分析能力，能快速分析出问题所在
优秀的英文能力，能够在英文环境下流畅沟通
