COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

• Monthly Salary: ₱20,000-21,000 with ₱2,000 transportation allowance
• Service Incentive Leaves (sick/vacation)upon regularization

• Full-Time RTO, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–6:36 PM (210 Speaker Perez St., Brgy. Maharlika, Quezon City)

ABOUT THE ROLE:

The HR Admin Staff provides support to our Human Resources and Administration team, helping ensure smooth day-to-day operations. You'll assist with employee records, recruitment & onboarding, government and business documents, and coordinate with various internal departments and external parties.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

HR Admin Staff handles a wide range of administrative tasks within the company, requiring personnel to organize and prioritize deliverables in an efficient manner such as:

• Employee Records Management
• Recruitment Support
• Onboarding and Offboarding
• Payroll and Compensation Support
• Employee Engagement and Development
• HR Operations and Compliance 
• General Administrative Duties

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Behavioral Science, Business Administration or a related field
• 1–3 years' professional experience in human resources, administration, or a related support role
• Familiarity with HR and payroll systems, including platforms like KAMI Workforce
• Proficiency in tech tools, specifically working with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar). A plus, but not required.
• Working knowledge of the Philippine Labor Code and HR best practices
