The Senior Marketing Coordinator bridges creativity and precision, managing marketing calendars, executing Klaviyo campaigns, optimizing listings and content for SEO, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure every campaign is launched on time and on brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the master marketing calendar across D2C, retail, PR, and influencer channels.
• Coordinate campaign assets, approvals, and on-time execution across internal and external teams.
• Execute and QA Klaviyo email campaigns, track performance, and report key insights.
• Manage retail copy, promotions, and listings across Shopify, Nordstrom, and Macy’s.
• Write and optimize product listings and marketing copy using SEO best practices.
• Support press coordination and influencer outreach alongside creative and PR teams.
• Maintain marketing reports and dashboards in Google Sheets.
• Partner with Finance and Operations on promo calendars, pricing accuracy, and launch readiness.
• Manage workflow and deliverables in ClickUp, ensuring clear visibility and accountability across teams.

Qualifications:

• 3–5 years experience in marketing coordination, e-commerce, or campaign management (lifestyle, retail, or fashion brands preferred).
• Proficient in Shopify, Klaviyo, Google Sheets, ClickUp, Canva, Google Analytics, and SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar).
• Excellent written and verbal English, strong attention to detail, creative yet analytical mindset, organized, proactive, and skilled at multitasking.
