Key Responsibilities

• Sales & Revenue Generation
• Promote and sell airline tickets, packages, and services to individual and corporate clients.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Identify new business opportunities through market research and lead generation.
• Customer Relationship Management
• Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agencies, corporate accounts, and direct customers.
• Provide consultative support to clients, ensuring their travel needs are met.
• Operational & Administrative Duties
• Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and presentations.
• Coordinate with internal teams (operations, ticketing, customer service) to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Conduct daily audits of sales activities and maintain accurate records.
• Customer Service Excellence
• Resolve customer complaints and queries professionally.
• Demonstrate strong communication and persuasion skills, especially useful for candidates with BPO backgrounds.
• Provide after-sales support to encourage repeat business.
