- Handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide information about products and services to customers.
- Resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions and transactions accurately in the database.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and customer experience.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: 0–2 years of experience in customer service
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication and listening skills
- Qualities and Traits: Strong problem-solving skills and positive attitude
- Working Conditions: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
