Responsibilities
- Responding to customer inquiries via email, live chat, social media, or messaging platforms
- Providing clear, professional, and empathetic written responses
- Following brand tone and communication guidelines
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions
- Creating or updating knowledge base articles, FAQs, or macros
- Preparing basic reports on common issues or customer feedback
