We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Non-Voice Customer Service Representative to handle customer concerns through written communication channels such as email, chat, and tickets. The role focuses on providing accurate information, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining high customer satisfaction—without phone calls.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and support tickets
• Resolve concerns related to accounts, orders, billing, or technical issues
• Provide clear, professional, and grammatically correct written responses
• Document interactions and update customer records accurately
• Follow company policies, workflows, and quality standards
• Meet productivity and performance metrics (AHT, QA, SLA)
• Escalate complex cases when necessary

Qualifications

• College Grad/Associate or Vocational Grad (at least 2 years)
• At least 3-6 months Customer Facing Experience in any Industry
• Good written English communication skills
• Basic computer and typing skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, or holidays
