- Manage customer inquiries and provide quality support
- Ensure customer satisfaction through professional communication
- Follow standard procedures and service guidelines
- Accurately log customer interactions
Minimum Qualifications:
- College graduate (fresh graduates welcome)
- 2nd-year undergraduate with at least 6 months BPO experience
- Customer service experience in any field is considered
- Strong communication skills and flexibility with work schedules
