岗位职责
1、拓展并维护 Web3 生态合作伙伴；
2、设计并推进 可落地的合作方案（而不只是互推）；
3、协同运营 / 社媒 / 产品，推动增长型活动；
4、跟进合作效果，对 数据和结果负责；
5、持续挖掘潜在 BD 机会与市场趋势；
任职要求
1、熟悉 Web3 行业，对 Crypto市场周期有直觉；
2、有真实 BD 经验（不论是项目、社群还是个人）；
3、懂得如何把资源变成结果；
4、英文沟通无障碍（能直接对接海外项目 / KOL）；
5、自驱力强，结果导向，不等指令；
6、能接受早期项目的节奏与不确定性。
