Job Description

• Accurately encode outward telegraphic transfers in line with bank policies.
• Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping for all transactions.
• Verify transaction details and coordinate with relevant departments as needed.
• Maintain accuracy and timeliness of entries to support smooth banking operations.
• Assist in preparing reports related to transfer activities as required.

Qualifications

• College Graduate (Bachelor’s Degree).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong computer skills, particularly in MS Excel.
• Previous encoding experience is required.
• Must reside near Makati. - Non Negotiable
• Complete pre-employment documents: NBI clearance, medical certificate, TOR, diploma, and COC/COE.
